Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all programmes, registrations, workshops, trainings, certifications, consultancy services, and related activities conducted by Agrowell Research Centre.

1. Refund Policy

All payments made to Agrowell Research Centre are generally non-refundable.

Refunds shall NOT be provided in any case unless specifically mentioned in writing for a particular programme, event, or service.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Registration fees
• Training fees
• Workshop fees
• Consultancy charges
• Certification charges
• Event participation fees
• Advance payments

Users are requested to carefully review all programme details before making payments.

2. Cancellation Rights

Agrowell Research Centre reserves the sole right to:

• Cancel programmes
• Postpone events
• Reschedule trainings
• Modify programme formats
• Reject registrations

without prior notice if necessary due to operational, administrative, technical, environmental, legal, or unavoidable circumstances.

In such cases, the organization may decide whether:

• Rescheduling,
• Credit adjustment,
• Alternative participation,
  or
• Partial/full refund

will be applicable.

The decision of Agrowell Research Centre shall be final.

3. User Cancellation

Participants or users cannot independently claim cancellation-based refunds once payment is completed.

Requests for withdrawal or non-attendance shall not make the participant eligible for refunds unless explicitly approved by the organization.

Agrowell Research Centre shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Technical failures
• Pandemic situations
• Weather conditions
• Institutional issues
• Other unforeseen circumstances
